The St. Martin Parish Clerk of Court's office is now offering online access to Conveyance and Mortgage Records.

This is fantastic news! Before, finding these records must have been an all-day affair. Now, being able to access them online is so convenient! Searching for information now feels as fast as a Sprunki Game; a few clicks and you have what you need. A wonderful technological leap forward!
